Is there any downsides taking Cialis everyday? Could it potentially lose it's affect or could I build a tolerance to it?

I wanna take Cialis everyday to give a better pump in the gym and in case I ever actually get laid and I don't want any ED issues (I've had ED issues when I drink)

Is there any downsides? I don't want to build a tolerance to Cialis over years. 5 MG works and I don't wanna end up having to take 10 MG or MG 20 years from now because I've built up a tolerance to 5 MG

Its half life is 36 hours bro you migh have to mush id recommend to take 10 mg every 2 days
