That alone doesn't tell me much, you have to look everything in relation to the other parts of the face (nose width, bigonial width etc)

You just have a low fWHR, but you have good harmony. It's one of those things that is to much hustle to fix you would need to shorten your philtrum maybe get lateral commissuroplasty because some times the height to width ration of the upper lip can seem off after philtrum reduction. And there is also a change that you would need a le fort 1 with an impaction. And probably even more things that I can't tell from one photo. You are above average in terms of looks so I would say that it's not worth the risk and the money

I knew my fwhr is cooked and my philtrum but I’ve never been rated higher than like a hltn so I’m just tryna see what I have to fix one a time I have a pretty narrow palate and it’s pretty loud and annoying to breath through my nose so I’m going to see if marpe is a option for some lateral expansion

Everyone on this site will rate other ltn to feel good about themself, you are differently not a ltn but if you don't believe me just look at the average face while walking (which is supposed to be mmtn) and you will understand what I am saying
