I mean you could do Orbital box osteotomy but theres also a thread explaining on why ipd esr etcetera is useless for harmony it mentions having wide or close set eyebrow and a wide nasal bridge or small nasal bridge you can also pflmaxx it wont fix the problem but it will make it look better
