Is there any good result's of Synthol in the Deltoid's to increase Bideltoid?

I know Synthol is heavily fear-mongered, but there are Silicone Implant's, so why not do Synthol which stick's and can't move? Are there any good result's for it to result in rounded delts? Thanks for any advice

every mr o used synthol nasr el sonbaty used synthol u just have to use it in very small / minimal amounts cuz the synthol look is so unappealing
