Fucking sucks I have to ask this at 24 turning 25 this year but ts is genuinely getting to me I would do anything to look my age and not like I’m 16 or 17 years old.

Is there any post that talk about this? I would share pics but I think this is the wrong section.

I’m at the gym for about 4 days out the week but not seeing any gains I’m 6”1/6”2 around 199 and built like a stick figure. I’m also black so sunscreen rule dosent apply to me that much.

It’s just every girl in my age range looks like they could be my parent ts is genuinely embarrassing.

I got both low bonemass and dimo how much would it cost to get those surgeries done.

i promise you dont actually wanna look older. you want lower body fat and a better jawline. wrinkles and saggy skin are not attractive whatsoever.

i wish i didnt need to apply sunscreen, i already do botox and im younger than you. i hate wrinkles and need to escape the age pill

Yeah I've been told I looked 25 when I was 19. Now years later I look older yet, and still am incel. Least I'm not balding but looking older in the sense of aged skin and looking more jaded isn't gonna help you. OP wishes to be more dimorphic which is often associated with being older

Steroids are the best way I looked like I'm 15 too with 21

Is there anyway to improve your dimorphism? I’m already 6”1-6”2, height is never the issue. But I’m a framecel, I’m ectomorphic built slim even though my weight is 199 LBS, my testosterone is good at 769(ng/dl). I seriously don’t know what to do it’s like I skipped every area of puberty besides height.

Gym might help you by making you more muscular and masculine looking but it can only do so much on a narrow frame. Other than that not much you can do without steroids or surgeries

Weights + steroids it is.

Be careful with steroids, it's a slippery slope and I never got into it for financial and health reasons. Also with steroids or not, don't overtrain and push yourself too hard. Make sure your form is good, and I'd advise sticking to weights you can get 8 or more reps with because the injury risk is lower than 1 rep maxxes or other very heavy weights you can only get a few reps with. You do not want a lifelong injury

No problem. Just don't want to see someone go into it too hard without knowing much and get hurt. I always had good form but used to do way too many 1 rep maxxes and other heavy weights I could only do a few reps with. Paid the price with an injury to a joint that was my genetic weak link (obviously didn't know it wouldn't hold up till it was too late). My hips were predisposed to issues I found out later on and would have likely got the injury (labral tear and hip impingement) anyway eventually from normal life even without gym, but it probably would have happened in my 30s instead of at 17 like it did for me. Had I stuck to deadlifts of weight I could do 8 or more reps with, it's unlikely I'd have got this injury so early even with a genetic weak link

The real brutal part is that these injuries aren't gonna heal on their own and surgery isn't a guarantee either. Seen a surgeon shortly after I noticed the pain and reduced range of motion and the asshole tried gaslighting me into believing it was just hip flexor tendinitis because "17 year olds don't have the hip joint itself fail". I knew it was a joint issue not something mild but had to try physical therapy for hip flexor tendinitis for weeks to no avail before insurance would send me for an mri of it, and sure enough the mri showed EXACTLY what I had diagnosed myself with before even visiting the doc. So, had surgery and hoped it would be returned to no pain and full range of motion, but the surgery barely improved it and I'm still stuck with restricted range of motion on it in my 20s. Walking, running, swimming, and similar things do not bother it, but anything that involves deep hip flexion like deadlifts, squats, leg press, etc is all a no go now. Even sometimes tying my shoes or leaning forward in the chair I'll feel the hip joint binding up and pinching internally. I the the surgeon did a piss poor job but it is a fact that not all surgeries are a success even if everything is done right

Don't wanna scare you, just give you a warning to take care of yourself and don't push too hard. And don't ignore joint pain. Muscle burn is normal when lifting and is what you want, but you shouldn't feel any pain in your joints. If you do, stop immediately and reevaluate your form, weight, and consider if you're overtraining. Pushing through joint pain isn't tough, it's stupid. As long as you stick to weights you can get 8 or more good form reps with it's usually safe and unlikely to result in injury. Heck, even if you did lots of 1 rep maxxes like I did you're still not very likely to experience an injury like mine assuming you have no predisposition to certain joint issues. After what happened with the hip I've been a lot more sensible about gym and never got another serious injury in the following years. Just wish I was as sensible as I am now from the start

That's a looksmin depending on how you look. Ideally you should look like your early 20s for as long as possible

Ouch, after reading your story I’ll forsure make sure to monitor how much I lift although I don’t even lift heavy now since my whole body is a weak link ( I dislocated my knee years ago).

Also F that doctor that told you that.

Brutal, definitely take it slowly and carefully especially knowing you've got a serious prior injury. As long as you're careful it should be fine

Yeah he was a fucking asshole. Absolutely wouldn't recommend that guy to anyone
