I have always considered this trait to be surpeme, although it for sure is not necessary. Watching movies from back in the days shows that most normal weight people are able to obtain them, making them not so rare that one might think. Good eyes are much rarer for sure and are the most prized possesion one could have.

yes but say you know some chick from office they mire ur cheekbones but one day its quite rainy and the lighting is dim and they switch on the office light and it creates a perfect lighting for hollow cheeks. Imagine how hard it must halo you bro common

I'd say that it's possible for more than 10% of males, although not the most ideal ones like Ramirez. It requires perfect bone placement and symmetry.
