Is there any halo effect to being a minority race?

Im in a highschool full of mexicans, like 90% of them are mexican and im one of the few white people there. And a ton of those mexicans are LLTN or sub5 while im a white male whos been rated a HLTN, potential most likely being a MMTN. would me being the few white people around my school attract more girls to me or no, since theres a scarce amount of white guys there. I mean it would only make sense right? ive been breaking out the habbit of being shy torwards women in order to make my appeal better and i was wondering if this enviorment would have any effect in a dating/appeal scene?

maybe yes, maybe no, you can stand out on the positive side or not, it’s up to you, communication skills will be higher in appearance to make friends

ive tried so damn hard to make friends and ive made around 30, almost every single one of them ignores me a week later and im back to chillin by myself, idk if its because of my looks or becuase of my awkwardness but i really cant make any best friends let alone friends to hang out with every once a while.
