I am still going through puberty and idk any ways to get better foward growth or even if there’s still hope

you have the possibility to change your body all through life, and high malleability until 22 yo. you can definitely acheive good FG with good posture and habits.

I have strong bone structure in my face. My bones got far more robust looking between age 15-18. Fifteen was when I started lifting, eating right, mewing & practicing good posture etc

It’s largely genetics, but to get the most of your puberty: make sure you’re sleeping 8hrs, eating a whole food diet high in protein, lifting heavy weights, getting sunlight, supplementing vitamins & minerals, mewing, etcetera

How is he retarded? Forward growth can mean a few things, jfl if you think this is a maxilla only term, mandible is more likely to be recessed than the maxilla is anyways so we're assuming the majority
