never liked my looks but i particularly hate my brow/eye/nose area and i feel like it’s the main thing making me ugly. i’ve tried losing weight to improve my looks but never felt like it helped much. are there any surgeries i can look into? i’m considering rhinoplasty and fillers

your entire face will change going from 20-25 to 10-12.
You're also close enough to average that you'll get some amount of a halo from a good physique. (not to mention that you're black and black people do tend to get a bigger smv boost from a good body than other races)

There's no reason for you not to become lean.
