Is there any hope (help cope)

I grew 2 inches last summer in like 3 months and I thought I was going to escape manlet hell but I dont think ive grown a single inch since october maybe like 1-2cm at best. Worst part is im tanner stage 4 and almost 17. Im specifically asking because last summer i was active but ive been LDARing since summer ended is there any hope?
