Not true. If you are turboautist you can get really good at social interactions if you take time to learn and actually develop your interactions. Sometimes being an autist can literally help you with developing a mask. This is much easier with cluster B personality disorders then cluster A, but it is still possible if you actually put in the effort and try to look at everyone else as subhuman. Id actually argue its easier to read inbetween the lines and raise your social IQ when you are left brained. You just can't be shy. Shyness is instantly eliminated by not being a bitch.
