Is there any implant to accentuate cheek to gonion line?

I am not sure, he doesn't look he has atrophy maybe it is muscle for the gonion portion but you can see that fine line to his cheeks... epxert opinion needed @RealSurgerymax

This is the master muscle. Genetically determined insertions. No implant, no surgery for that right now.
