Like for example, tomates have both glutathione + vitamin C (useful for reaching your true eye and skin color potential)

But what about dry fruits? is there something that increases your testosterone or improves your sleep? something like that :unsure:

What I remember from medical school; glutathione basically serves as an antioxidant as it's incorporated in an enzymatic reaction cascade to rid the body of free radicals and oxidative species. Vitamin C is necessary for collagen synthesis - that's why your gums bleed when you get scurvy since you can't repair the tissues properly.
----I don't see how either of these serves to "reaching your true eye and skin color potential"

If anything, eat less food with high phytoestrogen content like beans, lentils and flax seeds.
