It runs in a systematic way but we don't know how like we have most of the things like gravity and magnetic force the fundamental laws of physics which tells u yeah if u jump down a building u would die but these are just the laws why isn't there a law for how the nature works like why everything happens in a way it is happening that's the major problem

because everything has it's purpose. for example, stone is falling because his natural place is to be inferior, because it is closer to matter rather than idea
