Am I such a feminine low t loser I’m the only man in the world who doesn’t play video games. I never played fortnite, I never asked for a console, I never bought games on a PC I’m not poor and I had all the financial security to even buy a PS5

Yet all I do is rot on my phone. I’ve only played mobile games and there was some I was obsess with but I didn’t play video games. I HAD A NINTENDO SWITCH I GOT ON MY 15TH BIRTHDAY BECAUSE I FOR SOME REASON NEVER ASKED FOR SMASH BROS PRIOR. so yea I guess I did play on my switch for a bit. I had an old DS like thing but I don’t even remember the name of the games I played if that counts.

I always wanted to play smash bros maybe I was just so non NT I didn’t ask. Only game I can recall buying as a little kid was Minecraft lol

I had like 20k scrobbles in the past for a couple of artists. Back then, you could still undelete artists, but I forgot to put it all back so it was gone. And also because it misidentified my most listened artists. I later got into East Asian music instead of rock music, so my charts to reflect that.

I wasted over a decade on this and then when I became older I realized I hadnt made any positive, or should I rather say any lasting memories at all. Playing video games or reading books is much better than doomsrcolling long term because you arent at least frying your dopamine receptors at such a fast pace.

Its because you are always trying to find something fresh, interesting and arousing. When you lets say watch a movie or read a book there is this dopamine buildup that is taking longer but at the end is lasting more and more satisfying, with doomscrolling or using oversaturated internet environments you are just searching for that next dopamine spike. It is even worse with instagram, tiktok and porn watching. I sincerely advise anyone under the age of 25 to try to do a dopamine detox and quit social media and porn untill their youth still last. I realized that too late, I wasted my whole teenagehood and youth that way.
