Is there any method or supplements that help with losing facial bloat that are NOT cope?

Everytime I look at these supplements or whatever they all just seem to work in very specific cases, only losing weight seems to hold much value and is the be all for this imo but I could be wrong

Ive been using potassium powder to experiment for water weight but other than that I don't see why I should use that over potassium powder
