Unironically mew / perma jut. If you are still in puberty, if ur an adult yeah sorry surgery is the only way (I.e lip lift) aside from minor fix like a moustache which does help a fair bit ngl

I did mewing / perma jutting from age 14.5 roughly and now (at 16) my philtrum is a little bit shorter, not much at all, but its a bit shorter + it went from straight to curved (look at pic for example) which is great too, and when i mew / jut it curves even more so i strongly recommend
