how can i increase the size of my frame obviously on top of delt training, please help me out (currently in an 800 daily deficit)

It depends on your age. Clavicles can grow in males until 24 or 25 years old.

• Androgens + Somatropin (Synthetic growth hormone).

• Bodybuilding style training with a protein and energy surplus to induce skeletal muscle hypertrophy and hyperplasia. Supraphysiological doses of androgens and growth hormone can also promote this.

• Shoulder pads (over if you get caught frauding).

• Surgery.

Then everything I wrote applies. Your clavicles and shoulders will probably still grow a few additional centimetres as you mature.

If you truly want to maximise your potential, exogenous androgens and exogenous growth hormones are your best options. This is expensive and risky though.
 
Your physique is on a good path, just keep training.
