i know implants can fix but is there any option other than that like fat grafting or maybe an osteotomy?

my forehead is not sloped its fucking recessed, it curves back like a fucking football.

i even doubt that implants can fix it

fat graft is coping for our situation, its like slapping fillers on a recessed birdcel.

though it may provide subtle improvements.

yeah, i remember now there is a surgery called monobloc. i wish it was a practical option for non deformity patients.

are your jaws recessed too?

no, thats one of the reasons it looks so bad, my chin is so much further ahead than my forehead/browbone. And if no surgeon in the west wants to peform it on me i'll go to sunil richardson before i live the rest of my life like this.

there is distraction osteogenesis, but it is reserved for severe recessions. its risky, and isnt the best choice for someone looking to boost aesthetics

Yes if it is craniosynostosis tier but it opens the brain cavity and has some risks. Implants can probably fix.

In Istanbul we do both surgeries:
1. Cranial Vault Remodeling

2. Cranial Augmentation with Custom Implants

do you perform this on non syndrome patients?

what about price btw?

It needs to be severe enough and for that there would probably need to be a craniosynostosis but not necessarily.

Extra-Large Custom Skull Implant would be around $20-25K
Cranial Vault Remodeling closer to $40K

You need scans and assessment to see what to do. That's the most general information I can give without formal consult.
