You could try kojic/azelaic acid if its from sun exposure , hydroquinone could also work coz it suppresses melanin but it personally made my lips VERY dry. You could try laser therapy from a women's salon or lip tattooing (I wouldn't suggest this coz it may look weird on men, if you're white , it might be ok but since you're asking this question , I'd assume that you are ethnic)Title
