Is there any point of me getting lean?

I would say im around 15-17 percent bf and abit bloated. I am pretty boneless my bones are non existent rn unless i fraud ofc. And idk whether there is any point of getting to 10-12 percent bc i may look uncanny. I might just bulk up until my LF1 which is 2 fucking years away

Yes you can get shredded and look good just have proper sodium levels from electrolytes.

I’m getting double jaw surgery for sleep apnea/narrow airway and will bulk up 10-20 pounds pre op, but the recovery isn’t too brutal for CCW my surgeon said CW is worse.

ya im getting a maxillary advancement + expansion, and possibly a bsso and hopefully a ccw rotation. idk how many mm the adv and expan will be but probably not alot but will make the difference. GL!

Larp? They would say immediately weather it’s advancement with CW, or CCW for the airway that’s what every surgeon I’ve gone to says.

no haha i havnt actually seen the surgeon yet, thats why its in 2 years. Do they definitely do either or? if so it will be a ccw because im downgrown

Yes get leaner ure closer to 20 than 15 percent i think 10 percent is ideal
