Well yeah I don’t want surgery on it but it would still help if it improved. 12% body fat won’t negatively affect you but 10% is still better

i have the same problem and i saw a video a few days ago by this guy and he said to massage your nose daily to break up the cartilage when your nose got damaged which when it healed back with new cartilage thats what caused it to be crooked and I cant really tell if ive seen results but im gonna keep on trying and thats why your nose makes a cracking sound when you move the cartilage around its from when it got healed after being damaged
