American Heart Association CPR is a 4 hour class that costs $85 and it expires every 2 years. There is no public database so anyone can claim it. Sunkissed Divers is a real PADI 5-Star center in Okinawa, it's OW/AOW courses is around ¥50,000/$330. Koh Tao is the cheap dive hub and it's are courses $250–350. Thousands get these yearly with no advanced degree required.

These are nothing. There is no formal anatomy training beyond self study and he is selling prints to surgeons. He is a 27 year old UK dropout with zero medical credentials. He said this on his youtube. This man is lucky that he calls himself a designer or he would have gotten a law suit already. Even that can only protect someone so long legally.
