Is there any real way to create room for my left upper wisdom tooth?

Hi. 1 year ago I got this scan.

My ortho said that my left upper wisdom tooth may not have enough space (he said wisdom teeth will erupt around 2021-2022). A couple months later, around April I started improving my oral posture i.e. keep my mouth shut, keep my tongue on the palate, keep my teeth in contact and tape my lips (I don’t tape them anymore as I keep good oral posture in my sleep too). I also chew 3-5 times a week for 2-3 hours.

I don’t know what the current state of my teeth is in terms of available space, but I think I have made some progress.

I don’t think what I am doing is cope since I started doing proper oral posture when I was only 19, and the fact that my wisdom teeth haven’t erupted yet is proof that my skeleton is still developing.

I don’t know how much space I need, probably no more than 3 millimeters, but I will get a scan in March or April again and see what changed.

Im not 100% percent sure.. but it has not caused me any problem.. I probably have it.
