probably just less effective tbh, recovery is just as important

too much test production could prematurely close growth plates

Indirectly. But directly might be too much. I do rear delt on my pull days and front/medial delt on my push days. So four days a week but only part of the shoulder each time.

if you feel recovered, you are recovered.

id say 3x a week max. that goes for any bodypart

watch mike israetel videos on training frequencies

overtraining

shoulders indirectly works in pretty much upper body exercise indirectly, so two times a week focused shoulder work suffice normally.

however you can do low intensity band exercises everyday it's fine.

there's a chance you'll end up looking retarded when everything else in underdeveloped

I train shoulders everyday, I have a ridiculously wide frame so I must train my shoulders often, otherwise I look like a square.
Obviously if you're a newbie to exercising then take it slow, but if your joints are used to, there's no reason to not eventually train everyday once the benefits of training only 3x/week are gone.

But it doesn't matter how often you train as long as it's minimum 2x per week, weekly overload is obviously king for muscle growth.

Better x3/week. with good diet and vegetables + supplement in collagen you can go hard
