Is there any reason NOT to use melatonin tablets? (during puberty)

Some people metabolise it extremely quickly (as I do), which can actually lead to even more sleep-interruptions.

melatonin is goated and gives you deep sleep which boosts recovery imo no reason not to take it just dont overuse take when needed

melatonin is op brah. reduces sleep latency by a lot. for me at least

melatonin is good just dont spam it or youll get tolerance, for me I would take it 4 times per week or less.
