again, and im repeating myself, this debate is not about meat, its about veggiesis that why homo erectus started cooking it 800,000 years ago before homo sapiens was even a species? you know it sounds evolutionarily correct to just randomly start doing that and continuing it if it was bad for them
i never said that its bad to cook the meat and yes i agree there are very good reasons as to why we started cooking meat.
(but to educate u a little bit: from a nutritional view raw meat is in fact slightly healthier than cooked meat if its from a healthy animal without parasites ect. this is due to raw meat hydrating and having more vitamins (cus the cooking kills a lot of them) like B1 B6 B12. but again thats not the debate)
are you just focusing on raw meat so u can evade the actual topic of this cus u realize ur wrong?
