my nose looks very narrow and without definition in the lower end, i cant fix eyes before nose,

id like something like that but im sure what she did, did she just reduce her nasal tip?

Not that much because its cartilage/skin not bone like the nose bridge

i have a similar nose with him (mine is more narrow in the nostrils)

and it looks very ugly with my current face (low es ratio)..

a nose like this

would fit perfect in my face, because it makes me appear wider for some reason.. i hope to gain some wideness from MSE or bimax in my nostrils (some guys reported it), ill get them done next year for sure, tho i dont obsess that much about my nose
