Hello. I am a person who was lean in the face 1 year ago but now my face is bloated because I got depressed and started to rot and eat pizza all day. Will I be able to return to my old form COMPLETELY?

idk how 'severe' it is or how your current diet is but if you change everything since day one you can probably see some results in at least 1 week and to return to before maybe 1 month if you actually change everything
