yeah midface perception and canthus can completely change so will nosw width to byzygomatic width which is such an important ratio people forget.

You can decrease the size with fat disolver,accutane/taz,botox,ru/dut

You can slightly reshape it with pdo threads

But very significant changes to the nose can not happen with these things,so bumps,really bulbous noses etc can onyl be fixed with some kind of hardmaxx
