Is there any solution to brachy?

Every surgery transformation I see is just someone with sfs

Is there any way to fix brachy skull when lower third is already proportional, jfa is ideal and gonial angle is ideal
I think that would just be lengthening the midface
Like this morph

Is there anyway to do that?

but the midface shouldn't be lengthened

But for some people (including me) it SHOULD be lengthened
So would it be possible?
Has it ever been done before?
