I bought mine from eBay (this one but black) but any volufiline works as long as it's 100% concentration (+ you have to dilute the drop in a cream or else it's useless)

Incorrect, you can apply the oil without diluting.

the one diluted in oil, yes. the pure volufiline I have? you must mix it with a cream (i put a drop of it on my moisturizer and start applying)

Idk the specifics but I do it for safe measure. If you can get a diluted one, saves you effort and time
