Is there any strength or hypertrophy differences in just doing fullbody 3 times a week and splitting the body up and working out 6 times a week

Dont have enough time rn to drive to the gym 6 days a week so I wanna know if full body would be a good alternative
 
Full body is fine if you can actually handle 2-3 hour long workouts without becoming bored and fatigued. I made good gains in the past doing full body 3x a week.

I now do full body 2x a week because of wagie and no time, but I leave a couple hours between push and pull segments. I’m not sure if I can describe this as full body or push/pull.

It doesn’t work for me, but nothing does since about 2021-2022, pretty sure I have long covid or something.
 
Fb 3x is wayyy better
you work every muscle thrice per week and get lots of rest+freetim

If you wanna go full gymcel mode you should try fbeod (full body every other day)

Only problem is that it isnt that good for planning ahead

fullbody is better even if you do have enough time
