I'm 6'4 but I've bad posture and stuff. So I'm thinking that I should stretch and posture Maxx so I can gain few cm more.

Stretch and posture maxx to reach 6’5-6’6.

there is a too tall range though, that’s after 6’10. Once you get into the 7’0 range, more foids will reject you for being too tall and the health issues will make it not worthwhile to be that height unless you’re an athlete

You could end up having a skull that is too small for your body, or it could be proportional. Tbh if you want to avoid that situation, DONT increase the size of your shoulders, as that will make your skull look very small
