Is there any surgeon who do lefort 2 for cosmetic purposes ?

I know there are ones who do ccw lefort 1 with bsso (bimax) for mostly cosmetic reasons but is any of them would do lefort 2 + bsso ?

If so what are his prices ?

I have an overbite but I didn't tell him. Didn't some other guy get an opurtiniry for MLF3 but pussied out. He only had small chin as well
