Is there any surgery for a bad brow ridge

There are supraorbital implants but imo it never seems worth it, browridge isnt that important, and i have heard quite a few bad experiences getting them

Yes but it's rare as rare can be in the general plastic surgery space. Not to self promote but Giant surgeon collabs using my designs are basically the only experienced services for it except for one well known American surgeon.

As far as reductive refinements go (not implants/augmentation) I have several new ideas for refining the ogre brow ridge but I dont even want to post them since no one appreciates it.

Never seen someone who needs all that.

OBO and Implants /or/ LF3 and Implants about 40K
Trimax and implants about 25K+
euros

Not risky at all in my view, compared to other surgeries. Surgery is not complicated or long, blood loss wasn't anywhere near concerning, no critical structures are near..

Do you do paranasal implants, and can you remove bimax plates and place paranasals in the same surgery?

I dont really have proper pics for clinical analysis yet and I dont wanna send unprofessional pics, but why is it so hard to believe someone can have slightly close set eyes and be recessed with suboptimal nasion projection?

No non syndrome person who has approached me has "needed" TWO major craniofacial surgeries previously reserved for syndrome patients only.

We can usually solve with implants, trimax, rhino without any lefort 3.

Well im still doing my research etc on the matter,

But your saying you absolutely would never do an obo + lf3?

Even with a patient who has close set eyes and sub optimal nasion projection (i dont see any other fix other than obo +lf3 for both ofc)

If there's a true need I'll always come up with something. Maybe invent a new combined osteotomy I dont know. But I haven't seen it yet.

can you do bimax + genio + jaw implants + mse?

Yes but we are doing custom MARPEs now, no more MSE. The MARPE if first then the trimax and implants is 3-9 months after.

Now I am working on a rapid 3 month MARPE-to-BIMAX protocol

Wow, thank you. I will keep doing my research on the matter. Maybe I can get away with my current nasion projection but im not fully convinced another problem is from the side profile I have a similar level of buggy eyed appearance as many of the people who you have aligned as potential lf3 candidates due to again that malar maxillary hypoplasia issue. I doubt that alloplastics could solve that issue convincingly but I will continue to do my research before consulting you or asking any more questions, as I dont want to waste any more of your time ofc as im sure you are a very busy man. Thank you for your time to answer my questions though though

I’ve heard marpe can on average expand your cheekbones out like 1.5-2.9mm someone sent me a study I can try find. Is this a noticeable enough difference? I’ve seen saiyan do 4 mm implants with eppley and was wondering if marpes expansion would mean the malar implants cost less and make it a easier procedure as if your offering both I can come when I turn 18 as i have the money

Marpes have noticeably improved cheekbones in about 25% of patients I have seen, the others are no noticeable difference to subtle difference. Only one MARPE result out about about 30 cases was dramatic facial changes.

This small size difference does not make them any cheaper or surgery easier.

If you need IO-Malar implants, marpe seldom takes their place. Ive never seen it. Maybe in a. very borderline implant candidate it could.
