I have a recessed nosebridge. There are rhinoplasty's to change you nose width and nose turn. Are there any surgeries make your bridge more prominent. My nose bridge is not flat but it is recessed. Many nose bridge surgeries flatten the nose bridge. I don't any injections because they don't last long. I don't want implants because they might affect my breathing abilities. Is there any surgery that can rearrange my bones on my nose to make a more prominent pronounced nose bridge?

I've only heard of shaving off bone. I think that rhinoplasty to make the nose bridge higher uses a cartilage graft.
