Is there any surgery that can give you hunter eyes?

I have seen some surgeons like dr. ezra claiming to make almond eyes(hunter eyes) after blepharoplasty but none of the before and after pics on his website looked like hunter eyes.
Ngl it seems like most dudes try to fix their lower third the most because its easier fixable then the eye area.

I gotta loose around 10 kg's to be considered lean(took psychiatric meds for months) so a lil fat but I also have a slight overbite that causes my lower jaw to look boneless

Bimax first if you have functional issues. Implants without bimax only if you don't have functional issues.
