Is there any surgery that makes eyes bigger?

These eyes are very female gazed.

Women aren't usually into hunter eyes. Is there any surgery to make eyes bigger/more feminine?

Larger horizontally : Tripod Osteotomy which is very obscure

You wouldn't want to make it larger vertically typically in 99% of the cases.

The funny thing is that those eyes would probably look hunter ish with another angle and a less relaxed expression. "Hunter eyes" aren't just attractive for looking "fierce" but they're usually the result of robust bone growth and healthy fat pads. You don't need every feature relating to hunter eyes but most attractive eyes usually have half or so of the features that make up hunter eyes. An unattractive eye will have none of those features. For example the attached pic has eyes that are vertically slim, horizontally wide, very strong under eye support through both bones and fat, the eye is hooded with very minimal upper eyelid exposure to create a double eyelid. The only hunter eye feature they don't seem to have (or at least not in this picture) is that they seem NCT (again to show that NCT is not an automatic failo like some people treat it as)

Alternatively you can slim your jaw out with masseter botox and give the illusion your eyes are much larger than they are, but I wouldnt recommend this. Just a thought. Thats why people who were fat and got lean have bigger eyes because their buccal fat made them look small.
