The fat pads themselves aren't the real problem, unless of course you have stubborn fat pads which are completely different and require BFR to fix

Interesting concept, but I don't know of any surgeons who do them, I'd have to know more about them before I make a conclusion on whether or not they are superior to titanium or PEEK
