Is there any surgery to fix this death tier philtrum because of brutal columella and nosal tip without making my nose a upturned pig nose

I already did rhinoplasty but he said he couldnt do anything with the tip. Maybe because you need to shorten my nose even more so that's why it isnt possible? Or simpeley because he doesnt have the required skills for it, i dont know

My philtrum is extremely short because of my overly defined columella:

Ideally i want it like this but that means to literally cut of a piece of my nose tip and columella and im not sure if that is possible. Like this:

Not only does it increase my death tier philtrum but it also greatly enchances the harmony of my facial thirds in front profile. At the moment because of my subhuman nose my middle third is to unharmonized compared to other third simpeley because of this Columella and nosal tip

Never enough plus im extremely insecure of my nose. If i had the power id send that specific body part to hell so it can rot forever and ever. Even after surgery its my worst facial aesthetic which pisses me off even more

columella retracting is possible, your surgeon was just a big dumb fat pussy ass noob

another problem though is your philtrum is too curved and effeminate, it needs to be flattened a tad. braces (if you have protrusion), lefort, and lip reduction are the only ways to fix this from what I know.

I have a severe deepbite causing my jaw rotation to be backwards slightly ( jaw is well developed but i just cant put it fully forward cause both my upper and lower teeth are backwards). If i fix this i think my upper lip will be pushed up a bit more. My chin more defined etc. My biggest problem is indeed the columella and nose tip more so because it just ruins my middle third. I will soon have a checkup with him and i will ask him this.

Also he is a face surgeon not just a rhinoplasty surgeon. So there must be a reason he said it isnt possible. I will ask it when i do my checkup again though. Ill share this picture with him.

i also see in the picture the nose tip doesnt change at all and only the columella. for my front profile it will very slightly reduce it which is still a + but barely. I dont think i can do anything about my actual nose tip being so low? unless there is a surgery to just make my nose tip less without making my whole nose less
