Is there any surgery to fix uneven orbitals?

Is it possible to fix the problem of one eye being in a higher position than the other? Or would it require some crazy surgery equivalent to an orbital box osteotomy since the problem doesn't reside in the soft tissue but rather the position of the eye sockets themselves.

That makes no sense, it is actually the opposite.

If one of your eyes is higher than the other you could get an infraorbital rim implant in the eye that is lower to elevate the orbital socket, and therefore the eye.

Yes, i forgot about this. I will probably look into this because my right eye is higher than the left and it looks distracting in some pics.
