My maxilla has been bothering me because of how brutally recessed it is. Is there any fix aside from surgery and Marpe? I am trying to drop my bf% as well.

Lack of forward growth of the top row of your teeth, and flat mid face. My side profile looks like if a ufc fighter just bashed my front teeth in imo.

Uh idk, js look at recessed maxilla pictures vs good forward growth pictures you'll get an idea eventually

Another thing strong ogee curve could also be a sign of good forward growth, so if u see a line running down from your cheekbone down to your mouth and a shadow forms behind that, that means u got a projected maxilla
