I really want to get taller but my growth plates are already completely closed so HGH and etc are off the table. Is there ANY way for me to get taller? The only solution I know of is bone lenghening surgery but i cant afford it.
Me: 17yoM 5'7 (171cm)
Mom: 5'8 (174cm)
Dad: 5'6 (168cm)

Sadly not, i hit puberty early and i didnt care about height back then, so when plates were open i had bad diet, bad sleep etc
