Is there any way i can fix my eye area?

i have recessed infras, and eye bags and very dark under eyes due to only around 4 hours of sleep a day, i dont wear glasses, i have an average of 6 to 8 hours of screentime a day, im 17

Sleep better and try some topical products for your under-eyes. As for recessed infraorbitals, there's really no way to improve them without surgery
