Would lefort 1 work? I know 3 would, but im not doing a 3. like the guy below, but not zesty, or mark from Severence.

i dont think your midface doesn't suit your face. it doesnt look that bad too me. your hair looks good too. keep going w softmaxxing it really isn't that bad. i dont think that there's a softmax who really changes the midface tbh. consider lefort surgery if its really that annoying to you.

The position of the so-called "external midface" (nose, skin etc) directly correlates with the position of your jaws at rest, which is determined by the length of the maxilla.
The bone is the underlying structure that determines the position of the rest of the features on the face. If the bones are repositioned, the skin, nose, etc will follow and be repositioned too.
There isn't a large enough amount of skin on the face to make a noticable difference of "loose skin". It's either (slightly) stretched or compressed to follow along with the shape of the bones.

Here's a successful case of a man who had maxillary impaction (cutting and repositioning the maxilla further upward) to shorten his midface.
He presented with Vertical Maxillary Excess, and with mild skeletal class II malocclusion.
His maxilla was repositioned superiorly (upwards) by 7–8 mm.

Lefort can absolutely be used to shorten or lengthen the midface. Maxillary impaction (shortening) is regularly used to correct an open bite and gummy smile. On the inverse, lefort can also lengthen the midface. We see this with patients who have had maxillary downgrafting.
