Even though you cannot avoid the plastics you'll still get the euphoria.

But it won’t be that many micros right I’m just thinking what’s the point in eating it if oceans are polluted to the extreme?

No just stop eating sea food entirely.. Unless you are .. Homo reptiliano 2024 fagette?

It's basically negligible. Microplastics are mostly a psyop to scare people.

How do you know? From a common sense perspective it makes sense cuz of mass pollution tho?

Nothing wrong with sea food other than the reason I gave

Most of it will just pass through your systems, not very much at all will stay in your body and cause any damage.

It's so little that it is negligible when weighing the pros and cons.

The problem with most seafood is that, Why would you venture out into the great oceans looking for a strange sea creature to consume when the land animal flesh is more readily available? unless .. you.. are homo reptiliano 2024 cel?

I get what ur saying. But let’s say a fish consumes even a small amount of micros. Theoretically is probably indigestible for them right cuz of stomach size. Then that translates to quality of fish produced from a natural environment

raw milk and kefir can disintegrate microplastics from your body

I don't know if plastic in Wild Salmon is actually a significant problem, but if it is I would suggest the following options.
1. Eat only King Salmon out of Alaska. It seems highly likely to me the water in the North Pacific is much less polluted with plastics than water in the South Pacific.
2. Eat only farmed raised Salmon out of Norway/North Atlantic, again likely much less polluted with plastics than water in the South Pacific.
3. Don't eat Salmon.

I eat farmed North Atlantic Salmon because it tastes better. 80% of wild Salmon tastes dry to me and is difficult to eat, that may have to do with freshness, IDK.

Yh but if I live in a specific country how do I know whether the salmon I’m getting comes from those regions? If it doesn’t mention it on the package

In the US the seller has to label the Fish with Country of Origin. I have bought enough Salmon that I can tell by looking it whether it is wild or farmed, and where it is from. Do you think they would lie to you if you asked them where the Salmon was from?
