Is there any way to fix a prominent tear trough of the Zygomaticus cutaneous ligament or is it only fixable through surgery?

I have this thing which is apparently called prominent tear trough of the Zygomaticus cutaneous ligament and it basically makes me have permanent deep set eyebags. I have put the image below (ignore the fact that it’s over for me)
IMG 7540

I’m 15 and i have had that ligament thing ever since i was a little kid and everybody thinks it is because of a lack of sleep and I cannot explain to them that it is permanently there.

So does anybody know what it actually is and why I have it and what ways there is to get rid of it or if the only way is through surgery

I was told it was a prominent tear trough in my Zygomaticus cutaneous ligament through reddit and chat GPT and most images on google have the same look as mine.

Can you circle the bit you are on about for clarification?

We actually have the same problem. From what I know it will get better as your baby fat dissappears and u get older and leaner

got the same issue as u had it since i was a kid it's partially bc of chubby cheeks i think but you'll have to ask me in 3 months if fat loss will help bc im gonna lean out to 10-12% by then. still got them at 15-17%, so we'll see

it should help tbh as long as that fat bad is not crazy stubborn

I commented on another thread regarding this will see if I can find it but basically

You can’t get rid of that line completely unless you literally detach the retaining ligament which will cause ur face to sag

Again all you can do is soften the folds by losing weight and try to add volume to your undereyes by thickening the skin with skin boosters (pure PN no HA) until you can get fat grafting or implants. This should blur the line but having some sort of line seems pretty normal (but only under certain lighting ofc)

I’m gonna have to wait till i’m 18 to fix them by surgery 🤦‍♂️

Chat GPT said to me that losing weight would making more visible but i’m not sure if it was referring to the same thing which I have

I don’t know the proper medical definition for it
