If u have no bones then they wont help but they improve head and neck alignment if u do them properly long enough

they have worked great for me. chin tucks not so much but neck curls are pretty beneficial.

mind you they both cost $0 with no risks are regardless of maxilla growth or not they are good habits to practice.

also, use bb cream for recessed infras. or bonesmash
