So braces will not work, even if i am still growing and the only way is surgery

It can improve your chin a little but it definitely can't completely correct your recession, if you really want to correct it you need surgery

Find good orthodonist who knows their shit, some might just only straighten your teeth. You need those teeth to be set back, so it needs springs and shit.
